Sunglasses go back to the Eighties
The Eighties are supposedly the decade that style forgot (see fingerless gloves and bum bags). But although there were some questionable trends that arose then, the people who write off the decade as a whole clearly are not paying attention, as some of our latest sunglasses collections prove.

After several seasons of sixties and seventies inspired frames such as the Oliver Peoples Sheldrake and Tom Ford Carter, the eighties are back with a vengeance in a variety of new and exciting ways.

No matter if you have a million visors or not a single one, we have a feeling this eighties version will have you breaking out your credit card. The acid orange frame is totally eighties and having seen it up close, we at Sunglasses Shop can assure you it is a quality piece. The silver lens shield and temple logo is really cool, too.

Oakley Frogskins

The eyewear community has been buzzing about the return of Frogskins and, unsurprisingly, we at Sunglasses have been too. Once made popular in the 1980s, the Frogskins were the classic sunglasses that put Oakley at the top of their game and we can see why. In addition to this retro colour combination, the collection includes acid yellow, orange and pink and green. Oh, and did we mention these sunglasses have been spotted on Rihanna and Zac Efron?

Gorgeous sunnies are crucial to any summer ensemble, especially when they are geared up towards our new favourite era. While we have tried avoiding expensive frames in the past, right now we are forgoing the middle ground and enjoying this luxurious treat instead. Supersized and super fashionable, they are perfect in every way.

Dior Paname

These pretty pink shades will really stand out against a clean and simple ensemble, giving your look a subtle eighties elegance that is hard to ignore. The bright matte frame illuminates the colourful lenses for a fun and utterly fabulous overall look. This frame should definitely be at the top of your must-have immediately wishlist.
